Monkey Bananas!

For Winnipeg Game Jam 2025 (organized by the Winnipeg Game Collective), with theme "an unconventional weapon".

Monkeys in a desert having a street-fighter battle using bananas as weapons!

Tal and Chris' first game made in Godot, or any major game engine really!

Creators:

• Tal: Concept, Programming (movement, most things), SFX (monkey screams)
• Chris: Art, Music, Programming (start menu)

Credits additional:

• Font is Anchovy by  DamienG
• Palette buzzybees by ATB Man (on lospec)
• We used Godot 4.0 to make the game, Bryce 7 for the background, Reaper (mostly MT32 instruments) for music, Aseprite for pixel art stuff
